Paid plans (Master C++ Pro) are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle takes your payment, issues your invoice and handles refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
If Pro is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, and within 14 days of any renewal, without giving a reason. After a refund your Pro access ends at once.
Write to us at mastercplusplus@pm.me from the email address of your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
You can cancel at any time from the account page ("Manage billing"). You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current period; use the 14-day refund above for that.
This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
